Because each of our washi lampshades is handmade and unique, natural variations in color, texture, and shape are part of their charm and not considered defects.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or aesthetic reasons.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery in the case of damaged/incorrect product delivery.
